JMS
(Job Management System) is a paperless job management system. Each member of the
warehouse staff keeps their post and will receive tasks, such as picking, pallet
replenishment or arrival to their radio frequency barcode terminals from Rewards
automatically.
PBC (Picking Bay Control) When items are to be picked
carton by carton or piece by piece, it may be more efficient to store them in
bulk areas or picking bays. The system is able to oversee the situation and automatically
generate the instruction to pick them from the picking bay.
PSSA (Perfect
Shaped Stock Allocation) is a more advanced function where by the system specifies
the most suitable pallet or carton to avoid piece picking from the bulk storage
area.
Batch picking in JMS can consolidate plural picking instructions
and make a single "Batch Task", so that the picker is able to pick the
total quantity required from the pallet. This bulk item will be brought to the
"Breaking Area" and broken into small pieces by a JMS issued instruction.

viewed and queried via the Internet. Through the Internet web site, customers
can query stock levels in several ways, even if the stock location is geographically
a long way from the customer.
EDI capability - EDI development is our great advantage. Our IT department has lots of
experience with data exchange such as EDIFACT, FTP, XML and can access any customer's
private formats to reduce customer's man power and achieve accurate operations. |
