Web Rewards

Nippon Express's standard distribution management system, REWARDS, is available in our warehouses all over the world and is useful to provide fine distribution business for our customers.

A unique feature of REWARDS is that stock information can be viewed and queried via the Internet. By enquiring by product code customers can see the stock levels of the free stock, bonded stock and in-transit stock.

By entering their own delivery instruction number or instruction date, customers can see the stock status of each delivery or the current situation such as order processed, picking in the warehouse, released to the trucker or delivered.

Newrons

Road transport in Europe is currently operated by each company independently. NEWRONS (Nippon Express Worldwide Road Transport Network System) is a new management system that allows the network of inter-city Truckers to be operated in a much better way:

Common Database, Route Planning, Reserve Loading Space, Consolidate all transport, Short Haul Delivery, Cost Calculation, Track & Trace milestones, Web Entry (under construction).

NEWRONS owns road transport information such as a road schedule including departure/arrival time, payload capacity or loading details and is held jointly between host computers. Member companies can see the entire European transport schedule on the system in real time, so they can find the best Trunk service and reserve loading space.

NEWRONS is able to consolidate goods from several sub-systems and it's capacities go beyond mere Trunk service. It can also be used for local delivery services and for warehouse & distribution business.

SKYNET

SKYNET is our air cargo Track & Trace Inquiry system. By entering house AWB number, commercial invoice number, customer’s reference number or purchase order number, you can trace your shipment. For more detail please see 'how to see the freight tracking information on Air Trail'.
