ISO Quality Assurance –

Nippon Express (U.K.) Ltd. initially obtained ISO 9001 in November 1993. Since then we have extended our certification to cover 7 other member Companies in 35 Branches across Nippon Express Europe. We have progressed to the new standard of BS EN ISO 9001:2000, which is also now being implemented throughout our European Network of offices.

TAPA -

Nippon Express (U.K.) Ltd. was the first Branch in Nippon Express Europe to obtain the Technology Asset Protection Association, Minimum Freight Security Standards. These same standards are also being implemented into many of our other European Branches too. Currently Nippon Express Germany and Nippon Express France are applying together with Nippon Express Spain.

IT Security -

IT is also vulnerable to other security threats, for example computer viruses or network hacking, that may stop crucial systems. Our IT department in London obtained BS7799 part 2 2002 (Information Security Management System) counter theses threats.
